           Ordering Information:

¨ All plants have been over-wintered in Manitoba and are at least one year old and will have a well developed root system. They have been grown in 1 gallon containers  until they are 2 years old and then are moved to 3 gallon containers.

¨ At this time, we ship across Canada only.

¨ Minimum order is $50.00, excluding shipping.

¨ Minimum shipping fee of $5.00. There are no handling charges.

¨ Shipping will be by Expedited Parcel (in most cases—2 days).

¨ To reduce shipping costs, all plants will be shipped bare root. They will be soaked  overnight before shipping. The roots will  packaged in a plastic bag with a small amount of moist peat moss. The leaves may have some damage even though they will be carefully packed. Upon receipt of your hostas, examine them carefully.                                IMPORTANT: Water immediately and thoroughly.

¨ Payment may be made by cheque and money order or by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Debit card through Pay Pal. We do not accept credit cards directly. Payment must be received before shipping. DO NOT SEND US YOUR CREDIT  CARD INFORMATION!

¨ Shipping charges :     Manitoba and Saskatchewan add 10% to order total

                                       The rest of Canada add 15% to the order total

How to Place an Order:

1. Print and complete the order form. For customers paying by cheque or money order, we will prepare an invoice with the final cost, and will submit to you by mail, email or fax. Please specify on the order form how you would like to receive the invoice. If you are using Pay Pal for payment, your email address must be included on the order form. Upon receiving your order we will prepare an invoice which will be emailed to you with a Pay Pal button . To submit payment through Pay Pal, this button will take you to Pay Pal’s secure site to enter your payment information.

2. Send the order form to us by mail at SunStruck Growers, Box 8, Grp 30, RR 1, Libau, MB R0E 1C0, or by faxing the order form to us at (204) 766-2466. You may also email us the order at sunstruckhostas@mts.net or call us at (204) 766-2466.

3. If all the hostas you have ordered are available, we will forward you our invoice with the total amount of the order via the method specified on your order form. If some of the hostas are unavailable or we feel they are too small to ship, we will contact you to arrange for a substitute or to cancel that particular selection.

4. Once you have received the invoice, please forward your payment. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to SunStruck Growers.

5. Once we have received your payment ( cheques will be subject to clearing), we will ship your hostas.
